The mitochondria are organelles in our cells where ATP is made, which is basically the energy the body needs to thrive.

Pretty much every health challenge has a connection to mitochondrial dysfunction. Mitochondria cannot convert food and oxygen into the life-sustaining cellular energy ATP. When ATP is low, your body’s voltage is low. The low voltage causes pathogens to grow creating inflammation, which can cause deficiencies in vital nutrients, then degeneration and/or disease.

Healthy mitochondria are key to a healthy immune system and an overall healthy body. If you can fix the mitochondria, the body can return to homeostasis, where it is happiest and healthiest.
